Workshops are an essential component of Strawberry Fields, allowing people to interact, step out of their comfort zones and learn new skills.

With a program including dance, yoga, craft, talks and circus play, there's something for everyone to flex their mind and body.

All levels AcroYoga. A fun and playful introduction to the foundations of AcroYoga and basic partnered acrobatics. All body types and physical abilities are welcome. Come join in the fun with a friend or come by yourself and make new friends.

Run away with the circus - even if only for a moment. Think spinning plates, juggling, poi, levi wands, hula hoops and dancing ribbons. Come for a play among the ghost gums and discover your hidden talents!

Through different meditation and breathwork exercises connect deeply to the land, the people, the universe and finally ourselves. Explore all directions of the human 3D experience and find your balance and centre to start into another great day. Yoga mats provided.

Join Dja Dja Waurrung/ Yorta Yorta Artist Stephanie Taylor for a mindful aboriginal weaving workshop that explores the themes of  reconnection and healing through art. Through her art practices Stephanie aims to inspire other to use creativity as a means of personal growth and healing.

The time-tested techniques of yoga enhance our experience by using the body to influence the breath and ultimately our mental state. This breath-centered Hatha flow session, focuses on guiding the state of our minds through posture and breath, as an act of recentering that expands into the day and the weekend from a grounded centre. Immerse yourself in music, movement and mindfulness for a breathwork or yoga session facilitated by Michelle Li to live sound by cellist and composer Conrad Hamill. This 90 minute session will be an opportunity to reconnect with self and community through a gentle flow, surrounded in layered sounds using a range of effects and live cello looping.
