PERFORMANCE ART APPLICATIONS
Performance art applications are now open for 2025.
A space for the weird, wonderful, and everything in between.
We're seeking stand-out performers across a range of disciplines to wow the crowd. Please fill out the form below if you have a talent you would like to showcase, whether it be a stage show, roving performance, aerial or something else just as fabulous. This application is NOT for DJs or Music Artists, stay tuned to socials for any opportunities to participate if that is you. This is solely for Performance Artists.
Performers must check in with staff on site at least 2 hours before your start time - if you are late or miss your scheduled performance you will be asked to pay the full cost of your ticket and will forfeit your fee.
Any fees agreed in relation to performances will be paid in full after the Festival.
All successful applicants will be processed through the volunteer system and are required to provide their credit card details. In the event of a performer failing to show up each crew member will be charged the full cost a Festival ticket.
Each performer car must purchase a car pass as part of Strawberry Fields’ emissions offsetting plan which can be purchased via the Strawberry Fields website.
If you have already purchased a ticket to the festival and are accepted to perform it is your responsibility to place your ticket up for resale unless otherwise agreed with the Performance Art Manager.
Please note due to the large volume of applications only successful applicants will be contacted. All successful applicants will eb contacted before August 2025 or before. We recommend applying early and not leaving it to the last minute.
